How I work

Every client is unique, but here are the basics:

1. We get in touch over email or the phone to briefly check in and see if there's a good fit for my services.

2. We agree on the scope of services I'll provide, including strategy, roadmap, status meetings, project tracking. We also decide what SaaS tools I'll be using/ implementing for your team, such as Salesforce, Asana, Azure DevOps, etc.  

3. I get to work, and check in with you daily (or at your preferred frequency) as we launch your product, project, or program.

4. You share the results, and contact me again the next time you or another business owner you know could use product management support.
